Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000+ annually (commensurate with experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a confident and experienced Family Law Attorney to independently manage a diverse caseload and provide leadership to a legal team. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, client-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality representation in all areas of family law.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of family law cases including divorce, custody, support, and property division
• Conduct client consultations and develop legal strategies tailored to client goals
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
• Provide oversight and guidance to legal staff including paralegals and legal assistants
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication
• Stay current with Wisconsin family law statutes and legal precedents

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin (in good standing)
• 3+ years of dedicated family law experience
• Proven litigation and courtroom skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to client advocacy and case resolution
